Are your products brand new?

All our products are brand new. So unlike high street shops, our products have not been gathering dust on a shelf or in a warehouse.

Can I return my product if I am not entirely happy?

If you have purchased a product and you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return this to us within 14 days together with proof of purchase.

The item must be in exactly the same condition supplied, in the box along with everything supplied. Please refer to our Guarantee & Refunds page for further information.

How long does delivery take?

As long as we have an item in stock, it will be delivered within 3-5 working days from date of order (Monday to Friday only).

Items not in stock may take longer. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Direct deliverey items (items supplied direct from manfacturer) may take up to 3 weeks. These usually include large items such as flat-pack dog kennels, flat-pack aviarys, etc.

Items ordered at a weekend will be processed on Monday morning (excluding bank holidays).

Royal Mail, Initial City Link and other nominated courier services

How can I track my order?

You should use the tracking on our site. You may log into it using your email address and the order no (which will be emailed to you).

Can I place an order over the phone?

If you are not happy about ordering online, please Contact Us and one of our trained advisers will deal with your order enquiry.

We do not currently provide customer telephone ordering due to the high costs of running a call center. We pride ourselves in offering our customers value for money on-line ordering with products at low prices.
