Pet-Accessory.com offer a standard delivery service via Royal Mail, and a courier service via Initial City link.
Should you require your goods in a hurry, please contact Customer Services . We can provide a Next Day delivery service on most stock items.
We will select an appropriate service depending on the value and weight of your order.
We can also also deliver outside the UK, but please contact Customer Services for further information.

Orders over 15Kg are subject to a weight premuim of £0.75 pence per Kilogram
Please Note: Glass items or fragile items (such as tanks, aquariums, etc) are subject to a £10.00 delivery surcharge. Unfortunately we can not send such items by Standard Courier (such as DHL) because they don't seem to care and usually smash them to pieces. We must therefore send such items via specialist couriers who take a pride in their work to ensure that items are delivered to our customer is one piece. We will contact you before your item is despatched.
